"Quick turn around despite a very busy day at the service..." Quick turn around despite a very busy day at the service center. The Service Advisor, Mackenzie Ditomassi, greeted me quickly and confirmed with me the work requested, a short time later I had a quote and request for approval to proceed, along with a video from Brian in the Service Department showing me his analysis of the work. The repair was quickly completed and back on the road in about an hour. Happy Customer!

Love these guys, used to buy through boston but Sudbury helped me with a serious issue when boston wouldn’t so they’ve been my dealer for my last 3 BMW’s . While waiting in the service area, I received a video report of the vehicle's inspection. The ability to view this while waiting was both entertaining and clearly very helpful should any issues have arisen and needed to be discussed.
