"Sudbury BMW and Brian Fryes in Service are terrific" Have known Brian ever since he joined the Sudbury BMW service team back in 2015 or 2016. Was immediately impressed and was bummed at the time I had an older out of warranty car I had to service elsewhere. Got a new 2018 X3 now and delighted to be back with Brian. He's definitely a car man's car guy who knows his stuff

"Most professional service adviser I've dealt with." I wanted to thank you for your excellent care and customer service. Ken made my service experience a joy and I appreciate his professionalism and taking the extra time and care to ensure all my concerns were met. Although I may not agree with some of the ways the company addresses issues and charging practices, he has been at most professional and a great asset to the company. Looking forward to deal with him as my go to service adviser in the future.

"Wow!!! Very impressed. Ken Meltzer was outstanding!" I bought my BMW at a different dealership, but when I needed service, after visiting Shrewsbury BMW, I came to Sudbury instead. I was absolutely blown away by this dealership. Most of all, service was absolutely outstanding. Ken Meltzer, was my service manager. He is a straight shooter, very knowledgeable, attentive and personable. I recently dropped off my 2015 BMW328 Xi for a spring service check-up based on a dealer promotion offer I had received on-line. Shortly after I arrived Bill came by to discuss the work and asked what service I wanted performed. He pointed out the offer I had selected would not only not do what I wanted but also that I didn't need based on the vehicle service records. While returning a car can be time-consuming, ROMAN MEDYNSKI (pre-owned sales manager) made the experience quite pleasant. He patiently explained the process, tried to make the wait time as bearable as possible and was most affable. I will definitely be dealing with him in the future!

I dropped my 8 year old BMW off on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment. Bill Kramer called me the next morning before I had an opportunity to call him. Not only did he patiently debug the problem, but he found and fixed a few other things that needed work. He communicated often and well with me, giving me choices and recommending some approaches to reduce costs. The car was ready, nice and clean, when promised. Bill is a true professional, and you can't do better for BMW service.

I really didn't want a new car but it was time. I had bought my BMW X3 at Herb Chambers BMW in Sudbury in 2009 and had it for 8 years. I just wanted to look and see what they had on the lot. The salesman, David Loftus, was great! He was so patient and didn't pressure me at all. I have been to other dealerships and always get the pressure salesman. That never happens at Herb Chambers BMW in Sudbury so I came home with a 2017 BMW X3 - the same car only 10 years newer. Thanks Herb!! Wendy Westman
