Several weeks ago I had the opportunity to work with Michael Ouellett on the possible purchase of a used x3 BMW. Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and I very much enjoyed working with him. While I did not, in the end, purchase a BMW,right now, I did appreciated Micheal's sensitive and low-pressure manner in response to my decision. The dealership worked hard to accommodate my trade in with assist due to numerous mechanical issues with trade in vehicle. The salesperson and the service manager negotiated a very fair deal with BMW. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle.

I am a former customer of Herb Chambers Lexus. I purchased my last car in 2007 and was extremely happy with the professionalism and product knowledge of my representative. I was contemplating ordering a new Lexus but I wanted to get into a luxury sedan. Michael has been a pleasure to work with. He helped us thru the process, friendly , polite and very accommodating with our requests and questions.He always returned our calls in a timely manner and was GREAT in instruction our son on all aspects of the car ' s function and such. Just bought a new car from this dealership. I worked with Michael Ouellette and appreciated his customer service orientation and his honesty. I was also looking at an Audi A5 and was able to have an honest conversation with them while discussing price. I was very satisfied with the price we agreed upon. Like all dealers once you buy the car they offer lots of additional packages extended warranty, lowjack, simonizing etc but I can honestly say that did not over push these products. James Affannato was a pleasure to work with. He is completely knowledgeable about the different models and not only their features but also how to think about differences between them. He was patient through multiple test drives and, most importantly for me, he was not salesy. He focused on helping me find what I needed/wanted and had the attitude that what is best for me would be best for the dealership.

I bought my first BMW from Jason Herndon a few weeks ago. It was an excellent experience. He was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel any pressure at all. The New Car Manager, Jason Choquette, also was excellent to deal with. He made finalizing the deal a simple procedure and I felt as though I got a great deal. Would recommend Jason and BMW of Sudbury to anyone looking for a car.
