Went to this dealership to buy a pre-owned certified 3 series. Was greeted by Adam Wolensky who showed me all the various 3 series they had in stock. Although he was new at the dearleship he was pretty well informed about the various deals and offers. The thing I liked most about the dealership was that they didnot pressurize me into buying a car from them but instead told me to explore all my options. I ended up getting a 5 series from BMW of peabody. But I definetely had a great experience at BMW Sudbury.
Would I buy another car from this dealership? Yes for sure. Would I buy another car from Peter Vargo. Absolutely. So far my experience with Peter and other representatives at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury has been excellent (Jason Herndon as a sales manager, Gamal as shop foreman and Chris Hatch as service advisor in service). The reason for my rating is that I was extremely satisfied with my overall experience, especially the service provided by Kevin Conrad. I must have test driven 8 cars and he was patient, informative and very proffesional. He made sure we were completely comfortable with our selection, and once we were, the rest of the process was as pleasurable as it could be. I would highly recommend this dealer and especially Kevin.
Michael helped me with the purchase of a used Lexus that a BMW buyer had traded in. Peter Vargo was absolutely wonderful. Attentive to every detail, responsible, considerate, and top notch in every way. Everyone we encountered at the dealership made buying a car there a pleasure. And the amenities of the dealership were amazing.
I had an awesome experiences working with Kevin. He makes sale process simple and sweet with no pressure or any gimmick in order to win a sale. He made sure that I get my new Car delivery on the date I requested even though there was too many complication. On long Kevin is there , will no hesitate to Buy from BMW of Sudbury
The process was easy. Kevin made the process simple with a lot of sales pressure. I was looking at Audi and Kevin was able to describe the good and bad point for each car.
Kevin Conrad was the person I dealt with at the dealership. Kevin was extremely helpful and was a relaxed nice guy though the entire process. He always returned my phone calls and worked with me to get a great deal. He not only was great during the purchase process but was just a helpful after I drove off with the car. It is really nice to work with a genuinly nice honorable person when buying a car. I would go back to him in a heartbeat.
From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted immediately. I was introduced to sales associate Kevin Conrad. Kevin could not have been more helpful or knowledgable about what I was looking for. He showed me the car and a deal was made within 30 minutes. The entire process was enjoyable and quick.
