It was a pleasure dealing with both James and Christopher with respect to the purchase of a used Range Rover from a BMW Dealership. James was very knowledgable of the vehicle and took all the time needed to explain how everything operated. James even activaed the car's bluetooth capability which can be quite challenging. I came to Sudbury after visiting other dealers with customer service that was not the best. When I came into Sudbury the dealer was extremely helpful and explained every inch of the vehicle I was looking into purchasing. I also really liked the smart pricing feature, I knew I was getting the car I wanted at a great price.

It was great working with Jim. He was super helpful and answered all the questions that I had. He even stayed late and when in on his day off for me when dealing with my car. He pretty much bent over backwards and got me the exact car I wanted and fast too! I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a BMW, I love it! He even followed up with me to see how things were going! I will remain with this dealership for a very long time!

I had a very pleasant experience at BMW of Sudbury. Both Henry and Jason were helpful in finding me a great deal on my lease (27 months 2011 328 xi with premium package and navigation). They were also flexible enough to change my request; from a car w/o navigation to w/ navigation (after the fact that I had already ordered), and that too on a very good deal. I was trading in my 2009 Nissan Altima (1 accident record - a drunk driver with BAC more than 0.2....go figure!)and I believe I got a good value out of that car which I ... read more

John was very nice and patient with us. We took a long time to decide which model we wanted and commit to the purchase. He was very kind. The gentleman who prepared our financing paperwork was very knowledgible about the additional offerings and did a great job answering our many questions.

I needed a new car and fast. My previous BMW had been ruined in an accident and though I was driving a Jeep for the summer, the Jeep's life was fading pretty rapidly. I stopped by BMW of Sudbury to check what they had to offer, as I'd seen a Jeep on their lot and figured, 'Hey, maybe I can get into that.'
