I had agreed to assist my mother (in her 80's) to upgrade her current mid-90's Buick and proceeded to look for a late model reliable car that would suit her needs. Couldn't have been easier to select my car, understand the optional feature and make the choices. John has a lot of patience, explains things clearly and concisely. I purchased a new 328i, after many months of consideration. James was laid back and not at all pushy in person. He answered all my questions knowledgeably, and did a great job demonstrating the features of the car, both before the purchase and upon delivery.
Went to service my 335i, had warranty, no problems with service. Dealership is pretty amazing inside.....I like that. Money must be coming from customers without warranty :)
