This was my first leased vehicle. James Affanato was my the Sales Associate I worked with and he was very helpful in explaining all of the details associated with leasing. He was knowledgable, professional and responsive. The entire staff all acted in a friendly and professional manner far exceeding any other dealership that I had been to in the past. James Affannato was very efficient,transparent and pleasant to deal with.I am personally in sales and manage sales people.I know exactly how to win customers over...Jim did just that,he did not try to sell,he made me interested in Buying. Prior to going to Bmw of Sudbury,I had visited several dealership including Audi...I was turned off by the fake sales people. Jim was the best! I had been to so many dealerships before Herb Chambers Sudbury and was almost so burned out on car shopping that I was going to give up, I had made up my mind that this was going to be the last car I looked at. And I'm so happy I did! The dealership was great and working with Jim was like a breath of fresh air compared to some of my experiences prior to this one. I had a wonderful experience at Herb Chambers BMW Sudbury. all of the people I came in contact with we very friendly as I entered the imaculate building. Peter my salesman was easy to talk to, listened to my wants and needs and Showed me what was available. He was also very knowledgable of the vehicle I was looking at and gave me all the options. Worked very patiently around our busy schedule. Were sympathetic to having our 2 year old running around during the process. Negotiation was quick and fair. Made great suggestions, were interested more about having a happy customer than selling a car.

My experience was, by far, one of the best! Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. I didn't feel the pressure tactics that a lot of dealerships use. I would recommend this dealership over other BMW dealerships any day! I love my X3!

The sales staff was supportive of our needs during our analysis of our automobile requirements. We were concerned to find a car that provided fuel efficiency and yet , a car that was of good quality.

Great experience. Start to finish. I felt like James listened to my needs and was genuine, transparent, and consultative throughout the process. Impressive experience - enough so, that I would easily buy from James again and highly recommend him to others (something I do not do very lightly).
