Best car buying experience I've had! Kevin Conrad was superb, no pressure, very knowledgeable and great customer service. The great customer service continues after the sale as they treat u like family at Bmw of Sudbury.

Yong Kanti was really excellent. He was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive throughout the buying process. I wasn't sure whether I was going to buy my BMW and Yong was very patient and helpful during the entire process. Mike Davis was also great to meet with to finish the sales process and review the various options for warranty and other coverages.

After going to about 6 dealerships looking for the right Mercedes or BMW, I was very frustrated with all the slick talk, but little action. I did not think I would actually ever say this, but this was a great car buying experience. I came in to test drive the new 640 Gran Coupe, which they had just received. I was surprised at how knowledgeable Yong was about the car. There was absolutely no sales pressure at all and Yong was very happy just spending time educating me on the car. I usually never take the time to write reviews, but I am so impressed with BMW of Sudbury and in particular Kevin Conrad and his General Sales Manager, Jason Choquette that I felt compelled to give credit where credit is due. I recently purchased a BMW 330xi. I had the pleasure of dealing with Billy Hronas.
