I brought my car here to check the radio because it spontaneously stopped working. I told the guy attending me that I thought it was the amplifier. He called me back saying the mechanics "checked it out" and that it was shorted and wanted to charge me $2500+ for a new one. I said no and had my fiancé look at it later. When he took it out he said they didn't even attempt to remove the amplifier to inspect it! He looked at the inside and said everything was perfectly fine and the fiber optics cables were loose. Hello : I'm Pastor Melvin McLaughlin my wife and I visit to Advantage BMW was terrible. My wife and I purchased two automobiles on Jan 1,2015 .We purchased a 2012 750i and a 2014 x6 .We had some simple problems so we called and set an appointment to take them in to be fixed.We took them in on Jan 20,2015 .Here it is two months later and the problem with the 2012 750i still haven't been fixed .I have taken it back four times for the same problem.I have went thru chain of command .I have went as high as BMW's corp.office .A gu... read more

I bought a car from Roger Romero earlier in the year and he was awesome! I was in the market again this month Dec 2014 and guess what??? Roger is gone..... and there went the awesome service! With Roger I did not have to haggle I told him exactly what I wanted and him and Finance made it happen and I did not have to leave my home to buy the car... He bought it out to my house for a test drive and picked me up 2 days later to sign my paperwork and I was in and out within 45 minutes!!! ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS DO NOT EXPECT THIS ... read more

If your car is out of warranty don't get it serviced here. No loaners. Mercedes gives a loaner for service. My time is valuable and I need to be able to get around while the car is being service. Why pay for overpriced labor without the convenience of a loaner car. Never again. So disappointing for a luxury car company. I never had a problem in Virginia.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Once, 8 years ago or more, advantage was the best BMW dealer in the Houston, bar none. All the best technicians, some of the best in the nation, worked there. Now, with Jim Lutz, Pat Goldwait and Juan Galvez in charge, their policy of paying the techs less for more work is really taking its toll. Almost of the good techs are gone. You guys suck !! You have the worst Service on the planet by far... I have now been on hold for about 52 minutes on my phone trying to get someone to tell me where my car is. I dropped it off yesterday morning have recivied 1 email telling me what i needed which i declined and requested only an oil change service and I still have no idea where my car is. You're service department is the absolute worse thing in history!! My wife has lied to and met with incompetent people for the last time and we will take our business elsewhere. Where to start…her first oil change and you left the oil cap off to have oil all over the engine and then you act like you're doing her a favor by steam cleaning the engine to not being able to repair a brake light that was out but you couldn't figure out the sensor saying it was out and seeing the brake lamp not light up…funny how after she drove of... read more
