Horrible experience!! I have never in my life dealt with such rude and unprofessional people in my life! I took my BMW in for an oil change since its been sitting in my garage while I've been enjoying my other vehicles. Well I can tell you not all dealerships are they same! By far the worst buying experience ever!!!! This dealership is not professional at all. After my wife wrote a bad review about how horrible the experience was and how much of my time they wasted, we were promised calls from the General Manager regarding the issues that we had. After talking to multiple people including customer relations, we have yet to hear back from anyone. Horrible dealership! I sent my husband to finalize the purchase of a BMW. The car came out without the sport package that they had advertised and shown in their listing. They took the advertising photos to make the listing and then swapped the premium tires and rims for a stock quality. Been with BMW for over 8 years, thought I would never leave BMW. Advantage BMW, Midtown, is by far the worst dealership I've ever encountered in the past 20 years. They have no integrity and display poor customer service, including not holding up to their promises. With the new GM, David Beer, you would hope for a more positive experience, yet he continues to validate how poorly they treat their customers by not upholding the promises to their customers.
The service department is a joke. I have a 2015 435i with less than 7k miles that I took the service department because I noticed something was going on with my suspension. Within an hour of taking my car to this shop, I get a phone call telling me that my upper control arm was broken. Long story short BMW was not willing to cover the repairs under warranty proclaiming that the failure was due to "outside cause" however in the same proclamation they were quick to say that they've "never seen anything like this". These guys are cheaters...at the time of selling the car in 2014 they sold me additional coverage for tires and wheels and now today when I went for wheel alignment they said it will cost $200 and that is not covered...beware of steve and his colleagues. ..these guys are bunch of sales guys who will commit everything at time of selling and fool customers

Terrible service, won't take ownership of their mistakes and then when you get upset, they treat you rudely and unprofessionally. They kept making mistakes and missing things on my vehicle and would not even apologize but act annoyed when I would take it back 24 hours later for the same issue... They even missed a puncture on my brand new tire and told me it's a valve issue... And would nt fix the tire afterwards. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Costco and Discount tires has way better service with cheaper prices ... read more

Terrible, unprofessional. Even managers act like kids ( or scams) - drop your calls, never reply to emails or voicemails. First time one of their technician drove my car over the weekend and denied this fact after. Then they damaged the trunk partition . The last time (definitely the last one) - they took my car and did not return it in the evening, didn't call and simply left me with no car or loaner.
