Very poor. It was like my service rep just made prices up on the spot. $950 for oil change and filters.

We dropped our car off Saturday and were told it would be assessed then. Today the service department called us (after i called them) and the said they might not even be able to get the car inspected today to see what is wrong with it. This is unacceptable, had we been told this on the front end we would have gone to another dealer.

I don't feel like they have the best customer service at all. I went there to get my keys and had to walk around the hot lot to locate my car. It wasn't even there! It was placed elsewhere. Terrible service ,go to West Houston for.better service !

This place treats you like crap. Most frustrating experience in regards to service. Neither you nor your car matter to them. Definitely not what one would expect from BMW.

Worst customer service experience. If you happen to visit this dealership, PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MIKE POWELL. He is the manager of the new car deptt at this dealership. My X3 stopped functioning within just 2 weeks of purchase and Mike's response to me was "People who pay less price get the most problems." The dealership representatives are least responsive and are not concerned with the customer service aspect after the car is sold.

Not truthful. Said I needed alignment and two front tires. I told service advisor I just purchased all new tires at Firestone two months ago. The car was aligned then. Tires are fine. They made up a fake estimate to extort money from me. Sad.

October 10th I visit the part department in Midtown Advantage BMW and purchase electrical part for my air condition I have asked the gentleman I said if this is not the right part can I also bring this part back and you said yes so I brought the part back on the 11th then they told me that they wouldn't give me my money back ask to speak to the manager he was no help at all use the rudest person that I ever met in my life they just took $140 from me and left me with a part that I can't even use my name is Alex Harris my phon... read more

Horrible service from a brand that usually means upscale service. The service advisor called me on the phone to ask where I was and to tell me to come back to his office from the waiting area. I was sitting in the lobby waiting for him! 1 hour promised and 2 1/2 hours later car was done but guess what...it’s still not fixed! Called for a manager and got 3 different names and not one of them returned my call. Then I called the GM and he hasn’t returned my call in 5 days now.
