Absolutely terrible service received when I took my car in for fluid maintenance. Came in on a Friday and asked them to check my tire pressures because all 4 tires were reading low at 29.3psi. Figured just a computer error since having 4 flats would be unlikely. Monday noon rolls around and still haven’t heard from my service advisor so I call. Have had my car in for an oil change on two occasions. Saturday 9/9 it was brought in for my appointment. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was told the service could not be done because they were so busy. Told to bring the car back at 8 am on Wednesday. 2 days later and I can't even find out when my car will be done. Its an oil change for gods sake. If you're so busy that you can't do an oil change, stop making appointments.
Your service department is not big enough and your tow in lot is ridiculous. I work for a towing service in Houston and go to several dealerships on a daily basis. Your dealership is the worst of any I have ever been to in 21 years of towing in the Houston area. The entrance gate to your lot is not wide enough and the parking inside is out of control. Been to this location twice, and I've been angry both times. Not going back for a third. Communication is terrible.
WOW! Where do I freaking start! OK, to be honest. I would NEVER recommend going here except they had the best price for what I was looking for in a used X6 (And that is being extra nice, not the best on my trade in!) But it you are looking to get things done quick...forgot it! I paid cash and it still took over 6 hours to get "checked out" back in December. Update: Come to find out this dealer sold me a vehicle without even having the title. There is a tax issue with the vehicle for taxes from the previous owner of over $3,000. Their response "I authorized the payment of the tax debt, you'll get your title in a month." TX state law requires the dealer to provide either the buyer or the lien holder with the title within 30 days. It has been over 75 days since I purchased the car. I cannot believe the unethical business practice this dealership is committing. General Manager David Beer, Sales Manager Powell, and especially Salesman Fernando Rivas have NO integrity! My husband and I negotiated to return our 528i lease early with final 3 payments waived, if we leased/purchased another BMW. After weeklong negotiations for X5, Rivas is getting ready to close the deal but is asking for us to pay excessive wear due to a broken windshield.
