Walked in 1st thing in the morning and walked out a couple hours later with my car (including the initial test drive). It was a nice change to not be spending half a day at a car dealer. Mat is a genuinely nice person and the best car salesperson I have worked with.
We stopped by the dealership to see a car we had found online. We have had several disappointing experiences at the dealership in the past with sales and service and were expecting more of the same. Thankfully we got Nick as our salesperson!! Nick was amazing- he was patient and thorough and worked hard to ensure we understood the car features and the car was right for our requirements. He was very knowledable about the category and a pleasure to work with! I definitely recommend him!!

We purchased a new BMW from the BMW Store earlier this year. The process was well managed on the BMWS' part. There were no high pressure tactics. They dealt with every step of the process in a very professional manner. Both Tim & Rik were good To work with. The BMW Genius Matt Garman was also very helpful, Further Connor in finance was very good to work with.We could not ask for much ,ore in a new car buying experience. Well done! I was pondering a upgrade from my 163,000 mile SUV and an uptick on gas mileage from 21 mpg. The BMW MINI website was intriguing research for me. I had almost decided to see used MINI's firsthand when John Beam called to welcome me down for a visit.
