My husband and I visited the BMW Store to compare and test drive the Cooper and BMW cars. We ended the day with a purchase of a wonderful SUV from The BMW Store. My husband and I went to see a car on a Saturday and John was so helpful and he and rest of staff expedited the whole process in getting us our car. We would definitely recommend any to go to this dealer to purchase a car.
My wife and stopped by The BMW Store "just to look". John took the time to take us for test drives on two different BMWs we were interested in. Even more time was spent working up a deal. Nick Norman, the sales guy, was highly professional, very friendly, very patient and greatly helpful. We came one hour to closing time but he patiently waited to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase and excellently walked us through the operations of the ca. Together with the Sales Manager, Mr. Jemar DuBose, they served us excellently well till we left the premises around half past nine in the night. We must admit that these guys are highly dedicated to their calling.
