I worked with Sam Picchietti at Knauz and the experience was really good. I was in the market for a new BMW and selected the M340. Our first experience with Marek at Karl Knauz BMW several years ago lead us to ordering a new X5 in October ‘21. Very pleased with every department customer service. With the shortage of cars at most dealerships, Knauz had the most and worked our special production order. They were very informative along the way. Well worth coming from out of state to see Knauz.
