This is the third we have leased from Knauz with Bob's help and guidance. You could not ask for a more pleasant and personable specialist to work with than Bob. He is also a reflection of the culture at Knauz BMW -- a very pleasant, no-pressure place to shop for cars. I cannot imagine purchasing a future BMW from anywhere else in the future.

Bob made the process smooth and our talks were quick with no hassle.
