This was our first experience with CO"s BMW and upon arrival, Kimberlee was so professional and helpful with all our questions and concerns about the 335xi we eventually purchased. The prices were fair both on our trade in as well as the 335xi. From the moment I arrived, unannounced, late on a busy Friday afternoon, Matt was a very polite and helpful car salesperson. I got my new BMW Diesel wagon from Co's and couldn't be happier. Wagons are not for everyone I'm sure, but for me it is great. You can't really tell you are driving a wagon. But if you like to put your dog, skis, and stuff inside the wagon is great. The diesel is super quiet and I get much better MPG than the ratings say. Drove it home in a snowstorm and got over 40 MPG. Kim was so patient with us as we texted her a dozen or more messages the week before we actually purchased. She answered all our questions promptly. She was very flexible with us on the timing of our visits to test drive. She went out of her way to make the delivery very special.
