This is the third car we have purchased at CO's from our salesman Tom. As always, we received fast courteous service. We are very happy with our new 540i!
I have purchased many cars over the years and my experience at Co's was by far the best. Colin Veldman, our salesman, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and conducted his job for Co's without being pushy or high pressure as is often experienced at most dealerships. Jason was also very professional and possessed the obvious expertise necessary for his position. The entire transaction was quick, to the point and pleasant. I would highly recommend Co's, and Colin, to any prospective buyer.

I generally dislike going to dealerships because of their pressure tactics and stalling. At Co's there was none of this. I knew the car I wanted and they got me in and out of building in about an hour. That time included giving me an overview of the vehicle. No wasted time, friendly staff, gorgeous new BMW.
We visited another BMW center in South Denver earlier in the week, but we received poor quality service and generally felt like the dealer didn't value our time or business. Then we decided to try one more time at Co's BMW in Loveland, and what a difference! From my first contact on the phone, to our test drive, and negotiations, and all the way through to driving off the lot - Brian Bowden and the rest of the Co's team made us feel welcome, comfortable, and valued as customers. Highly recommended!
I have been looking for a while to looked for a car in a number of dealerships (BMW and otherwise). The experience at this dealership was by far the best, and the salesperson I worked with went the extra mile to find a deal that worked for both of us.
Help at all levels have been. Great. When need to move to another learning level I know they will be there for me. Brian Bowden has been in contact, to be sure things are working well. I know I can call both brian and Noe if questions come up.
I've bought a lot of cars in my life and dealt with a lot of car dealers, but after buying a car from Co's in 2002 I'll never visit a different dealer. I've purchased 8 cars from Co's since then and have been treated like royalty every visit. I'm always offered fair prices, I've never paid a penny for service, and every employee, from the owner to the detailer, are first rate. To buy a car anywhere else would be like cheating on my wife; I just won't do it.
