Very courteous and professional. Pleasant service waiting room experience. Good amenities. Good communication with the customer regarding when your car will be finished and ready to go.
Turned in leased BMW early. Traded in 2011 Nissan Murano and negotiated at fair price for Cert. pre owned BMW all within reasonable time frame. All associates were friendly and went the extra mile to gain my business. Overall, very satisfied with dealership.
Reason for visit was a service call (oil change). Needed some other services, e.g., filters. Had all the services done and after asking the service advisor for discounts, coupons or specials; he found me a coupon thus, saving me approx., 20%. Waiting area good but found Northfield BMW waiting area far more comfortable with better admenities.

I have been lucky to work with BMW of Schererville for about the last 4 years. Everything about the dealership is first class. Whether it be a purchase, maintenance/service or simply asking for help, everyone at the agency goes out of his/her way to ensure customers are happy. Paul has always been very helpful when I call the service department. I haven't had much work done to my z4 and I needed to get some work done . I talked to Paul and scheduled an appointment.
My BMW needed repairs caused by the BMW owner ME. Bill Miller was the service adviser who talked to me and my wife. First question was how were we doing . Then Bill took care of writing up our repair needs and have them done fast and correctly. BMW's are very sophisticated and there is no one other then factory trained technicians who work on ours. After the work was done and explained Howard Dwan came by to make sure we were happy with the work done and we were very satisfied. Thank you BMW of Schererville.
