Customer service is always good, quality of work is great everyone is always friendly the prices could be a little bit better. Also this BMW dealer have free refreshment and a nice TV room.
We met Joe when we were out looking for a new car. Initially, the "laid back atmosphere" at the dealership was a little uncomfortable, but we knew what we were looking for and we knew what we wanted to pay. Joe helped us get the car we wanted. Upon entering the dealership I was given a little time to browse. When I started looking around to speak with a sales person one was there immediately. Nice not being pounced upon like a prey. My salesman Keven was professional and courteous. The dealership is large and has a HUGE selection of cars. I was looking for a new car but somthing with a few thousand miles. Due to their large selection they came up with what I was looking for in one day.
As always, Bruce goes above and beyond every time we see him. Buying a car from him is so easy and painless. He knows how to get our payment where we want it without any hassle. That is why we keep coming back!!
