Stevens Creek BMW service review BMW notified us that our car need brake fluid replacement. I scheduled an appointment online and we took the car in on the appointed date. The service advisor, Ken, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He also indicated that the wiper blades should be replaced. When we went to retrieve the car, it had been washed and vacuumed and the work done, all at no cost to us. It was a very pleasurable experience.
