Stevens Creek BMW 7 series This is my 5th BMW 7 Series over 20 years and the sales person Rocky Karimi is the most knowledgeable and customer oriented sales person in the business. The leasing process is fast and a fair price negotiation.

Superb Customer Care Contact by their rep for safety check at no charge and discounted routine oil service. Prompt friendly check in for Waiting service. Great customer waiting service. Complimentary premium coffee to order and lots of pastries. Same with WiFi. Servicing completed well ahead of estimate. BTW, one recall replacement was also completed. Vehicle vacuumed and washed.
