Stevens Creek BMW - Vehicle Maintenance Steve Bertolacci is the Assistant Service Manager that assisted me for my maintenance on my vehicle.He was not only helpful on questions and concerns that I had but he gave me over the top customer service which is highly important to me. His knowledge and service was very refreshing and because of him my experience at Stevens Creek BMW for my first service needs were terrific !! He is definitely an asset for the dealership.

Goot, attentive and helpful Sales person Went in to look at a couple of CPO convertibles - and met with Uno in Sales. He was great - very helpful and responsive. Helped us evaluate the differences between a 435 and a 428. Finally, we didn't buy as we didn't like the packages available - and later bought from another dealership. But Uno was very nice.
