BMW Service at Stevens Creek BMW Took care of everything as promised. Made recommendations for other repairs but did not pressure me into doing them.

BMW 320i repair & service Tyler was informative and helpful, he also waved-off the visit fees($50) which is applicable for each visit, after the BMW 4 year warranty expires until you have CPO warranty, i was just couple of days out of warranty and he was considerate enough and courteously waved it off. I went there for the engine check light issue and he also took care of my service as it was nearing, which avoided me an additional visit ,once again Thank you Tyler.

40K Free Maintenance Service Adviser is very knowledgeable and very courteous. Service completed within promised time. I was informed that my 2014 328i. has a recall outstanding and that I should schedule the service soon. Excellent service.

Speddy Service Department Set appointment online and was able to go in and out of the service department within minutes. They have a loaner car available and ready for me. The whole transaction from team member to member was seamless. enjoyed the new redesigned waiting lobby.
