Top notch customer service. Best service advisor. Justin Carlos is the best service advisor I have had. I took my 650 in to be serviced and the experience with Justin Carlos could not have been better. Top notch customer service. Because of him, I will only use this dealership in the future.

Recommend Stevens Creek BMW Service We cannot thank Stevens Creek BMW enough for helping us in an urgent situation as our daughter's BMW broke down on the move back to college. The car was towed back to Steven's Creek and they got us in as soon as possible, fixed the car and my daughter was back off to college in record time. I don't know what we would have done without such great service! I highly recommend Steven's Creek BMW.

Had to go in for a repair/recall airbag Everyone from greeter to service advisor (Elvin), to cashier was professional, friendly and efficient. The facility was clean and orderly. My appointment was for a no-charge repair/replacement of an airbag. I was treated like a valued customer. Great company, great team.
