328i Service Once again I am very pleased with the mechanical service and the professional treatment I received from Kin my service adviser. I am always grateful that the dealership offers a loaner vehicle at no additional charge, however, I was disappointed with the loaner car for this 2-day service as the beautiful brand new 2017 330i with only 655 miles on it had a large/long crack in the windshield that ran across the window on the driver's side right right through my line of sight.
