These guys are great, helpful and friendly! A+ service. However... Do NOT, for any reason, whatsoever, EVER go to Jackie Cooper BMW of Edmond! The "manager" (not store manager, because according to BMW of N. America they have NO general manager at the time, terrible customer service) of "service" is a real pos. After they had my car for 10 days, I go to pick it up, and he says, "Your low tire light is on, let me top that off". Weird, had the car nearly a year, never had that happen. My fiancé and I came into the dealership yesterday and was looking at certain cars in my price range and the salesman came out, didn't introduce himself. I told him what I was interested in and he was picking out other cars that were more expensive and just didn't seem like he wanted to help us. Even though we're middle class we work our butts off so we can have nice things. I think he felt like we couldn't afford the car or we were to young. I'm very disappointed in the customer service we got.
Spent several days working out details on a car with an online rep before driving 2 hours to the dealer. When I got there the numbers shifted by $4,000 (not in my favor.). The car had a broken air conditioner but the salesman (tommy) and manager (dan) lied and said that's just how they work. (Not cooling the car when set to 65 on auto is not how they work.) I was treated like an idiot and my wife was shocked by how rude these people were... Most notably the sales manager was condescending and rude...
Their commercials are very annoying and played way too often!!
BMW of Tulsa has the worst and rude sales manager I have ever ce across. Never I am going to do business with them.
Service people nice, parts people not as nice :(
