I have been looking to lease a 335is and started my shopping with Kuni BMW. I received horrible service! I had set up the test drive a week in advance with Kelly Dunn, but when I showed up she didn't even remember what car I was there to drive?! Not only that they didn't even have the car ready to drive! She told me to come back in a week to drive it. Next I wanted to test the new F30 to see if I would be swayed by the new 3-series and took a test drive with Steve Cho. Steve's a nice guy who means well, but doesn't seem like... read more

I just relocated back from NYC and am in the market for a new car. I came into Kuni to check out BMW as they were on my list of considered cars. The salesman was very rude to me and treated me like a young girl that could not afford one of their cars. He was very unfriendly and unhelpful, kept trying to push his used "front line" of used cars on me. I was very direct and said I came here for the new BMWs. I had to just go get in the cars on the floor myself to check them out and was not given any information by the salesman ... read more

Kuni's the service center is very disappointing. I've owned BMWs my entire life so I know what I'm getting into and what to expect. I just purchased my first car from Kuni this past July (always purchased from Rassmussen/Portland). Car was advertised as 100k warranty. However, when my car needed service they indicated it was a typo and it wasnt under warranty and they aren't responsible. I'm sorry, but when you are spending $40k on a car, you expect to get what was advertised. What was most disturbing though was the lack of ... read more

talked on emails with a internet sales and got some numbers, then went to the dealership to discuss about the details. the attitude of the salesman Steve Cho is very rude, does not provide any number in detail. the next day, I asked the internet service adviser to change a salesman for me. and they did, but this time is even worse. I do not remember the name of the guy, but he is a slim guy with some beard. His service was even worse, I felt insulted. When he talked to me he sit with on leg over another and sit quit back and... read more

I had a negotiated a deal with Davie to order a bmw and we agreed upon price and I placed a deposit. He assured me that if I committed quickly they could get my order in that month with an open allocation. A few weeks later when I asked the status of my order, he tells me they couldn't get it in that month and that if I still wanted the car I would have to pay an additional $1,500. Of course I canceled my order and then they refused to return my deposit, even though THEY RENEGED ON THE CONTRACT. I will never give my business... read more

I have rarely had such a bad customer service experience. I brought a friend along to help me look at the new 3-series. After looking around the showroom for a minute, we had a few questions. When nobody greeted us, we decided to interrupt a group of salesmen, who were just standing around. We asked to see the 3-series. As it was raining, we were pointed to the model in the showroom. Wanting to see other options, we asked to be shown the models on the lot. After considerable hesitation, Bill, took us out. While out, we asked... read more

We unfortunately entered this dealership for a potential cash purchase of a new X5. When we arrived the receptionist was friendly, but we found the floor staff especially the salesman extremely arrogant, almost as if he could not be bothered. It was a Saturday and we were dressed in casual clothing, it appeared judgements were made about us as the customers resulting in a lost sale. We will certainly deal with another BMW dealership.

My BMW RFT tire had a crack line appeared in the thread side and it was under road hazard warranty (1 year or first 2/32 of an inch). So I brought in to Kuni BMW serice (where I bought the car new) to have it inspected and replaced by Goodyear. After a couple days of wait for an appointment for a simple 5 minutes tire inspection, and a couple days of wait for Kuni's coordination/communication with Goodyear. I recieved an email from Kuni stating that the tire has no warranty, but if I want to pay the full price I can come by ... read more

I purchased a 2007 X5 from Kuni about two years ago. When I decided to trade it for another car, the competitor ran a car fax and found that the car was in an accident in 2007. When we purchased the car, the carfax did not show this accident and the new carfax had a note that said that the data was not added until May of 2011. When we purchased the car, it was a BMW certified used car. When I talked to Kuni about this, they immediately offered to buy the car back for 2K more than the competitor was offering and said that the... read more
