"Great at point of Sale" Andra great at Point of sale, knows product , friendly, however after sale follow up & ease of getting through to her on phone bad . Had to leave multiple msg to get call back on two concerns . One a scratch on car was just handled , thanks . "Responding to a courtesy inspection for my car before expir." Overall Service Representative was courteous and professional. Though he pushed to get me to Ok an oil change though my car still had 1000+ miles to go before it was due. I declined and said I would set an appointment up closer to when it would be due. He clearly wasn’t happy with my decision, but remained polite and professional. "I am driving a cheap car... would I be treated differently I" Audra is efficient. You have so many team members in sight. Nobody engages like the customer is special. I chose the dealer because it was a bmw... the experience was not so much different than if I went with a specialized mechanic. I am considering upgrading to a higher end bmw suv for my wife when I retire next year. This experience did not get me there
"Service Appointment." Chris was caring, professional, accommodating. Expected to have brakes changed but after reviewing told us not required yet. I was shocked they did not go ahead and replace. I have not been to a better car service department. Have enjoyed our first BMW purchased at this dealer. Looking for a second. Thanks.
"No shuttle service " The customer service was very friendly and helpful. However every time we try to get shuttle service home, they would always say their drivers are out sick or on vacation. They want you to drive their loaner car. The service agent was very friendly and helpful.
"Watch for the 'refresh' offer" I own a 2015 X5, currently with 47kmi on it. Back in July, I took it in for a routine oil change. I was advised and offered a maintenance 'refresh' deal for $700 until 50kmi. He said 'because I might need to have new brake pads n rotors'. It sounds like a great deal but not so fast. Because after the oil change the inspection report shows that my front brake pads are 10mm and rears 9mm. Brand new there are 12mm. Most likely I won't need them replace until 60kmi. "Unusually poor experience" Got car there at 7 am. Took 40 minutes to get my loaner, which was an excellent car. However once I got the car on the road the low air light was on re the tires. Ended up late to my meeting. On the way back at 4pm was notified car had not been serviced. I live 350 miles out and had to leave for home the next morning. They did at my request get it done, but not the best visit.
"Yes to Service, no for car purchasing" I got a warning light and brought my car in for service, but wanted to test drive an I. My issue with sales is that the appraisal said I needed new front tires...tires are less than 15 months old and that is with splitting 6 months of winter tires. The service department said my tires were fine. So I don’t trust the sales department for trade I. And they just lost my business for sales. Service however was great and would highly recommend them.
"Oil Change" To schedule an appointment, it took multiple emails to finallly schedule an appointment. Follow-up is not like it use to be which is disappointing.
