"great communication & loaner car" The loaner car makes it a less stressfull ordeal. Davion was a responsive and communicative point person, and I’m glad they can use text to communicate.
My experience at Kuni BMW’s service department was adequate. The individual that helped with my vehicle was courteous enough but fairly condescending at times. Phone calls were returned promptly.....until they found out that I was going to have my car fixed somewhere else that had the after market parts I needed. I would still recommend Kuni BMW.
I have had low tire pressure issues since September. 2017. Kuni service reps. are also frustrated that a solution has been so illusive. This all started when I bought 4 new tires in August 2017.
Got a staple in my tire in my i3 which a super rare tire. Kuni had it so I went to them to get it repacked. They tried to fix but could not. Good experience.
Takes too long to get in to get an appointment at Kuni. But once there, they are perfect -- immediate service, comfortable places to rest or work, and nice loaner cars. Didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need. Explained very clearly what they did at the end.
Dan was so responsible for explaning the problems that caused the malefactions of my X6. couldn’t ask for more. Just didn’t have loaner for a whole week that’s the only thing.
The lease-to-retail experience was good: smooth and efficient. The only hiccup was discovery of a recall item that hadn't been dealt with, meaning the transaction couldn't be completed unless/until the repair was made. Fine. Except the vehicle had been in for service of another recall item only three weeks prior. And this latest issue was known to the dealer for months prior (air bag recall) though I don't remember being notified. I have a 2017 X3 335i which has had a fault in the infotainment system. First service call, reprogrammed the unit to see if that would correct the issues. Tried it for several months but continued to have problems. On this service call, it was decided to replace the head unit. All went well, but because the unit has a different satellite radio, my subscription wasn't working. Kuni BMW service in my opinion has repeatedly displayed how they have focused on gouging me by having me come back for unwarranted car repairs. They overcharge and bring you back for add on sales.
