Purchasing a new car can be a little intimidating, but at Kuni BMW I never felt that. They are very welcoming, great customer service and they are quick and good at what they do making it simple and not stressful on the buyer which I appreciated so much.

I was very impressed by my test drive and pre-purchase experience with Steve Cho. It was easy to set up an appointment and the vibe was very pleasant and informative. It's clear Steve has been doing this a while and knows how to treat prospective customers, even if they aren't exactly ready to buy that day.

I am the new family member to BMW and I have the worst experience with Kuni BMW service department service manager. I see he is the MOST not human. I just purchase a 2016 BMW i3 Range Extender and the wheel lug key missing. I really need to remove and replace if possible, He mention it is $180 for the lug key. I am willing to pay for it but he state on my 1st attempt on friday evening at 5pm, I can understand everyone leaving for the day so no mechanic can do the job. I feel like they were dishonest on a few occasions. First, over email they told me that to "verify my identity" that I had to fill out a credit report form. "Arrogant as they come. You have a job because of us,..." Arrogant as they come. You have a job because of us, CUSTOMERS . So go back to class and learn how to be NICE, RESPECTFUL. Be grateful for the customers that go to Kuni Service. That is the reason you have a job. TREAT each and everyone RESPECTFULLY at the very least.

Due to their horrible "customer service", I will never go there again and I appreciate the kind people at Kuni. My previous BMW center was in Mountain View, CA which I LOVED! I didn't expect the rude arrogant service from downtown Portland BMW. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

"Worst expeerience ever" I leased a BMW m4 Heritage Edition after only one 10 min test drive. After I left the dealership the car had so much road noise, I couldn't hear my friend talking, the seats were like plywood, and the engine was more for track days than long distance cruising. I need a car for long interstate road trips, and that car definitely was not meant for that purpose. "Poor service mindset" I brought my vehicle in for a faulty valvetrain under warranty. I was told by David that there were no warranty repairs needed and that I only had a limited issue with non-warranty items.
