High class snobby auto dealership. Unreasonable, rediculous offers on my trade-ins. They rely on people to make terrible decisions so they can become rich. Also they are liars. We make a deal only for them to turn around and say, "well now our offer has changed". If you have time to waste or even more money to waste, Kuni BMW is where you should go.

I bought a BMW Maintenance Warranty for $1795 with the purchase of my BMW SUV and when it came time for those repairs to be made, I was told by my assigned Service person at the dealership that I did not have a Warranty of this nature over and over again. After tons of research, countless hours and using another repair shop to do my warranted work, I found out that I did own this Warranty and there was no reason for me to be told I didn't when the computer systems have my SUV listed as having the Warranty available.

WORST sales and customer experience of my life, auto or any industry. After we had test driven car, talked over phone, e-mail, and text, we agreed to buy car. We drove down from Seattle to Beaverton (told them night before and day of when we would be there). When we get there, the car was out with another customer for the night. We could sit in the lobby with our children and the car "might come back". Then we watched a bunch of suits stair at us from inside their glass office. Sales manager never came out to apologize. Or s... read more

Took my car in for their 29 minute 29 point inspection today. Two hours later, my car was returned to me with the check engine light on which had never come on prior to letting them "look" at it. Quoted $1400 to replace the clutch, which works just fine. $200 for a brake system flush. $500 for new front brakes and rotors, which again work just fine. $600 for a knock sensor, which is a $60 part online. In total, apparently they think I need $4000 worth of work done. I can tell you for sure where I WONT be taking my car back a... read more

My wife managed to scratch both the front and back bumpers on our Titanium Silver M3. Silver is a very difficult color to match, even when using OEM paint, but Kuni's body shop did an amazing job. You literally cannot tell that either bumper has ever been repainted. In fact, at a recent track day, the owner of a highly regarded independent body shop stopped by and when told the bumpers had been repainted, commented on the great job Kuni did [sorry Robert, you'll get to fix the rear bumper on our truck that my wife just smack... read more

I live in Spokane, Wa and was looking for a 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STI. These cars are very rare and none I could find in Spokane. The closest one was in Pasco, Wa at a Dealership. Seattle and Portland had many to choose from. I recently had visited a Dealership in Pasco but was not too impressed with the car because it had a lot of scratches in the paint. After going on the internet I found a couple in Portland. One of which was at Kuni BMW. I called up Kuni BMW and talked to Salesman John Murphy. He was very knowledgable ... read more

I recently attempted to purchase a used BMW from Kuni BMW and I had a terrible experience with them. I found a car on their lot which I was interested in, and to avoid having to go through the lengthy "negotiation game" with a salesman, I opted to use the Make an Offer option on the Kuni BMW website. As their asking price was very aggressive (even higher than KBB Retail) I made an offer and explained that my offer was based on a lot of local listings, as well as, looking at both KBB and Edmund's pricing guides. Since KBB is ... read more

I had a mixed experience with this dealership. I brought in a used BMW I had purchased for oil change & inspection. I had them fix a couple of problems (two power steering lines were leaking and the flex disc was cracked) and the total came to $1000 which I thought a bit much. The work appeared to be done well. Unfortunately I only made it 4 miles from the dealership before steam started coming out from under the hood and all the coolant dumped onto the ground. I opened the hood and found that the flange on the radiator for ... read more
