They do not listen, nothing is ever wrong with your car when you bring it in for warranty service. It's the customers fault not understanding how to operate the car. Their favorite response appears to be "Maybe our genius can help" or a "you need a certified accessory, we have them in our gift shop".

I live in NE Portland, and I found a Jetta online. I almost didn't go all the way out to beaverton to look at the car. I am very glad that I did! I met up with Marcus Williams who showed me to the car and let me drive it. I was just driving cars that day and shopping around. He let me drive the car to look at another car (I was shocked!) I was going to hold my tongue about my unpleasant experience buying a used car there, but after being undercut so hard (stating "it was only good for being certified at another dealer") on my trade in to then see it being sold for almost 10k more....I could not hold back any longer. This is the worst place to get service at. I recently bought a 2008 bmw 528xi off an auction with a missing key and went to the kuni BMW Beaverton to get a new key witch I payed 205$ for then tried the key in my car and it wouldn't recognize it at all pretty much a blank key no Vin or anything to it. which was supposed to be programmed to my car right away no problems. But they start telling me to bring my car in that's the only way to see what's wrong but we all know it's the key problem not the car. But they still go on ma... read more
Went to Kuni looking for used car and left with a lease. Benjamin was able to get us a higher trade in price and an even lower lease price than we initially discussed. Overall, we would recommend Kuni and insist on Benjamin as the sales person to deal with.
Having found the certified car, I contacted the dealership about it. The car didn't have any pictures of it so I was interested to get them before continuing with my purchase. I was told the car was still in the prep area, which was OK by me. However, I was pushed to stop by at certain time before the year ends to proceed. For the past week I have been trying to buy a car from this dealership. yesterday as I was finalizing the deal, the car was sold to another person. Now I understand how this all works, and sometimes things just don't work out. This case is different though. A Litany of errors were made which ultimately lead to this situation. This used to be a quality place. Now I have been trying to get someone from service to call me back for over a week to schedule a return appointment to do some work on my BMW they diagnosed me needing. I always get an answering machine and leave a message to call me back for an appointment. Unfortunately I guess they don't need my business so I will go someplace else where they do. I see a vehicle advertised on Auto Trader that I'd like. When I call to see if the vehicle is still there, I'm transferred to the sales managers voicemail. There is no way to get back to an operator so I call back. This time I'm transferred to a salesman who tell me that the car I'm looking for would not be on their BMW lot. It's not a BMW. He tells me to call another number and when I do I'm on hold for 6 minutes. After I'm on hold I'm told no one is available and that someone will get back to me soon.
