"Maintaining my car" I went in to Kuni BMW, because my tire pressure was low. Chris came out checked me in and notice I needed a oil change. Got my oil change and my tire filled.
"Better than Nordstrom" I’m a Nordstrom girl through and through. That translates to being hard pressed to find better customer care and service anywhere. "honesty and superb" Kuni BMW deserve my 5 star review. I have attended many of their events and done most of my service there. They have been taking care me extremely well, Flawless! "Great Customer Service " I would highly recommend Kuni BMW to anyone concerned. I have always experienced absolutely great customer service from everyone who I have been involved with there. The quality of work from the service department has also been high in my experience.

"Honest and exceptional service" I purchased my BMW from Kuni about 3 years ago. Initially there was a problem with the vehicle which the dealership quickly and professionally handled while taking care of my transportation needs. Since then every time I have had the car serviced or checked, the staff from the front desk, service advisors and greeters have been courteous, understanding and committed to helping me. I have observed this with other customers as well. I will continue to use this dealership as my go to place!!
"successful purchase" Cameron, the salesperson was knowledgeable, was able to compare features between cars and did not "force" decisions on my part. The remainder of the buying process (paperwork, signing, stc. was arduous and excessively time consuming
"Very helpful" During routine service my tires needed changing. But after I got my car back the car felt wiggly.l took The car back and they fixed it for free. i love that they always give me a loaner car. No disruptions to my schedule. Great service. Car comes back clean!
" Allen exceeded my expectations! Great work! " Faced with an unexpected repair fresh out of warranty. I drive screen failure. None of the service advisors had seen this before. 2015 X4. Turned out the screen was bad. $4000 fix 5 months before my wedding. Allen made a phone call to Bmw North America Explaining the situation.
