"Attentive customer care" With the assistance of "Tire Guru" Chris, I was able to determine the tires I needed for my model of BMW and, without having to ask, was offered a same day appointment to have them put on the car. All went smoothly; no alignment was needed and even though I came in at midday, I was given a loaner and all was completed by the end of the day. No apparent problems with the service so far. This is probably the best service experience I have ever had.
"Smooth transaction" I recently purchased a gently used Lexus. Dealt with Steve. I felt he was a good match. Very low pressure and friendly. Not too salesmany. Just right. Felt honest. Though the price was "no haggle" I still think I got a nice deal.
"Always good customer service! " I’ve had my car for almost 6 years now and have been to Kuni several times and have had exceptional customer service every time! I work in customer service as well, so I always look for the best and Kuni provides it!
"Great service " My i3 had a seemingly complicated issue, to my surprise the people at Kuni tackled the issue with no problems. My car was in service for a while but Kuni made it seem short. They did a great job with everything, I’m glad I purchased from this dealership. I recommend this dealership and service department.
"Great No Pressure Experience" Shane was a breeze to deal with, he had all of my paperwork done upon arrival. We drove the car, signed the deal and were out the door within an hour. Definitely recommend Shane and Kuni for anyone in the market for a vehicle!
"Superb service on my X5" I could not be happier with the service department. My X5 was in for its second oil change. They called me and said they found a factory defect in my transmission and it was not repairable. They replaced the transmission and I had no idea anything was wrong with it.
"Excellent service" I love Kuni’s service team. Professional and courteous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They take such great care of me and my vehicle.
"Return for second wash pump replacement. " Initial pump replaced 1/15 for washer fluid leak. Discovered new leak last week and Kuni technician determined new pump was defective and had cracked. BMW to cover new pump and installation.
"Excellent service" Friendly, efficient, professional service. They have very good coordination among attendants in charge of check-in, repair, shuttle, and sales services. As a result, I was a very customer.
