"Second time around " This is the second SUV we have leased with the help of Steve Cho. He was again very attentive and professional. We will certainly be back again.
"Service" Have always been pleased with work done on our vehicles. Easy to schedule appointments. Service personnel are top rate with communication, friendly, and willing to help you out any way they can. Have no reservations about recommending Kuni BMW.
"Courteous and Professional " Went there for recall work and had some other things done they were very polite professional and Straightforward. Sales dept was also very friendly and not pushy.
"Enjoyable service " The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. Coffee and healthy snacks make the 2 hours wait doable. Dan is knowledgeable and helpful summarizing what was being done at the conclusion of service.

"Two recalls on my BMW." I was impressed with how smooth the experience with Kuni BMW was. My Advisor, Priscilla was amazing and timely with her communications with me. The car loaner department was fast too. The only negative thing (and I know this is very picky!) is my car wasn’t washed or the interior vacuumed as promised when I picked my car up The next day. Other than that great first time experience.
