"Easy to work with" Process was smooth and easy, everyone was friendly. Pushed to get most work covered by extended warranty, gave x1 loaner throughout multi-way repair cycle.
"Servíce for BMW X5" I called BMW Kuni since there was a warning sign for air bag. This happened on one day before we were supposed to leave for Seattle. The receptionist( I think her name is Amenda) whom I talked to scheduled for the service on the same day, so that we could keep our plan. Service advisor, Daniel Dailey was very helpful too. "Took car in for service and Dan was very hepful. " Dan was very professional and provided daily updates on my car. He made sure the warranty covered expenses and changed all parts needed changing. Great service.
"Recall visit" As soon as you check in they automatically can determine what you are in for from their database. No long wait times to speak to service personnel. Requested for a loaner car, did not wait long to be escorted to loaner car. Everyone is verg friendly and helpful.
