"New tires" Needed new tires( one flat) . Initially ordered wrong rear tires and took an extra day but because of the error was discounted. Otherwise very good treatment.
"Unexpected Need for Service " Service stepped up and got me in and out in one day. As always the staff are supremely professional , knowledgeable, and of course helpful. Work was done on time and on budget.
"Great service" Service advisor went above what I expected and my car was expertly serviced. Thank you for the personal attention and for thinking outside the box.
"Good experience " Our sales person mike was great. Made sure we got what fit our budget. Accommodate different requests. We had a great experience. Would come back again.
"Service as promised." When I make an appointment, the whole process is a seamless one. I get in and out of the dealership in a minimal amount of time. The staff is knowledgeable as well as friendly.
"Friendly and professional!" All aspects of the purchasing experience was informative, professional, friendly never a hint of pressure. My wife and I were treated as if we were family members. Truly could not be critical of any of the fine folks at Kuni BMW. We are going to buy another BMW SUV from Mitch, Adam and Beni in the near future.
