I strongly suggest anyone in the market for a BMW (or anything they have no the lot for that matter) head to Kuni, and ask for Jakob. I emailed Jakob at 6:45am with a very specific criteria of what I needed, I had a call back by 7:45am with a detailed response on how we were going to get me there and we set an appointment for that night at 6:30pm, Halloween night. Everyone was incredibly friendly and personable. They provided multiple options and worked with me to find the perfect car for me. Overall a great experience.
Needed new tires and an alignment and was given 3 different quotes. Chris took care of us and got our X5 in in the late A.M. and was completed and returned by 4 P.M. The dealership in Beaverton was very busy at the time we dropped off and it worried me a bit as to whether we would get our X5 back in time as we were due to leave for Reno the next morning. I had stop buying BMW due to poor service at the other dealership in Portland. I am starting to have to do a little longer travel and decided I needed to go back to BMW, had considered flying to California and purchasing but would still have to have serviced here. So I decided to apply for financing online and purchase something at Kuni. I've purchased many cars & Kuni was the absolute best! No pressure, gave me a better deal than I expected, & I was in & out of there in 2 hours.
