had a great experience as was in and out quickly and my car was clean when I picked it up. Only suggestion would be to have the loaner car near service area vs on the top floor of the garage.
Code brought me in for brakes. Turned out to be a false alarm, but software needs updating. So no huge out of pocket expense. Will make appointment to get software update another time.
I had a great experience working with Dan Dailey, who was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I even got a ride to and from work, even though I work downtown Portland.
Each person related to my service made a point to be sure I was well informed on the timing and process. Anticipated every question and detail.
I am always satisfied with service at Kuni. I showed up an hour early because there was no traffic and they got me right in. I did want to look at a new x3 and couldn't get any sales people to help me though.
Dealing with Kuni BMW is the most pleasant way to not only buy a car but to have the car serviced. They make sure you understand everything they are going to do to the car and what was found during the service. The waiting room is excellent (though the temperature was a tad on the chilly side), good snacks, coffee, water etc. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I've had many vehicles over the years from many different dealerships and I must say Kuni BMW stands far above the rest .
My experience with my service agent Dan was pleasant. I set the appointment up on line which was easy. I was greeted promptly once I arrived at the service department. Dan was professional and efficient in getting my car serviced.
Audra was so nice to work with . She kept me updated via text which was perfect. They gave me a car to drive and it was nice to not have to worry about anything knowing Audra would take excellent care of me and my vehicle! Great job
Service Department was able to isolate and address the issues I was having. Not only fixed the problems but my X3 handles so much better
