Patrick (salesperson) was super helpful and straightforward. From the time I was on the lot to the time I had picked out a car and was ready for finance took less than an hour. Car repairs done in a timely manner and fantastic service as always. Decided to purchase an extended warranty and the service and deal was outstanding.
I am very pleased to say that I have been doing business with Kuni BMW for over 12 years. From the very beginning they have always provided highly professional, excellent service.
The Kuni service department is always great. They called, told me what to expect, kept me up to date, and delivered. What more do you want from the service department?
My service technician made the process very easy and comfortable. I was quickly provided with a loaner car and sent on my way. On return, my service technician was busy; however, someone else quickly stepped in and completed the process. They made it simple!
I made an early morning appointment a few days early for a warranty repair for which I needed a loaner due to previous arrangements. The car was scheduled for the whole day. A day after I made the appointment, but a few days before the service appointment, I received a service reminder, which I was able to add to my already scheduled service without any problems. Very pleased with the quality of work and exceptional customer service I received. I was given timely updates on the progress of service on my vehicle and the final bill was less than expected - always a plus.
After finding a 2017 BMW X3 listed online with Kuni BMW that I was interested in, I was quickly contacted by internet client adviser Brady Lane who was exceedingly helpful in coordinating a fair price that worked for both of us. I then drove to Portland for a test drive, arrange a trade-in, and close the sale. Along with the new BMW sales manager Ryan Malone and client adviser Douglas Herschbach, I found everybody with Kuni BMW to be very personable and professional from start to finish!
Found the service department friendly and efficient and were able to address and resolve all concerns with the car. Staff is friendly and courtious.. Car was clean and fully charged when finished and ready for pick up.
