I took my car in for routine service and a couple warranty items. One of my requests was to adjust the emergency brake as it was my understanding that would be covered under the 4yr service plan. Turns out that is not covered (not sure I agree with BMW decision here) but Nick in service was able to get it covered by the dealer this time. Had previously bought 2 BMW's from Kuni and very happy with everything. This time, took my wife out to pick up her car from service, and we got to looking at an i3, decided to test drive and then buy one that day. We traded in both our older cars and were driving away in the i3 a little over an hour later! Cameron was friendly and helpful in showing us vehicles and explaining the many different options we had in looking for an SUV. Showed a sincere interest in wanting to help us purchase a vehicle but didn't use any high pressure tactics to steer us in one direction or another. Jay Meeuwsen was helpful, informative and pleasant. At no time did I feel pressured. He has extensive knowledge of his product line and answered all of my questions.
Exceptional experience working with Cameron, Sales, Ryan, Sales Manager and Ben, Finance. All three individuals were professional in every aspect of the sale. If you're looking for a BMW, go see Kuni and ask for Cameron.
Service was fast and convenient. My car was washed and had been lightly vacuumed when I picked it up, which was a refreshing surprise. Please don't require a certain number of words in such a review. It really turns off customers that are willing to write reviews.
