Connor did a great job in going over all of the details in making sure I understood everything before I left. He also gave me a card so I would be able to contact him if I forgot how to use a feature. My sales associate Dwayne did a great job pulling all of the cars I requested to test drive before I got there. He was very respectful of my time and got me in and out of there with the purchase in two hours. Very nice experience.

Although it is always exciting to buy a new car- especially a BMW, I have found that the completion of the final contract paper work to often be a tedious experience. Even though the price has been settled, it seems like there is a non ending number of forms that need to be signed and initialed. Ethan was the best choice for me. We had immediate rapport and he was patient and very knowledgeable at the first meeting when I still had not selected the model I wanted. He made that process very comfortable and enjoyable. When my car was delivered he was patient and intuitive - he asked what features he could set up for me and while the purchase of a new BMW and all of the bells and whistles can be daunting while you are extremely excited about your new car, he was patient, calm and accommodating.
