I was at first a little nervous about making an appointment with "luxury' car dealership. I've heard many negative remarks about how the sales people can make you feel uneasy and can be pushy, I figured I would call first to get a feel of BMW employees before just walking in. I was so pleased at my experience. Duane was patient,understanding and his taste in vehicle selection was great. He made me feel like he was working for me Nd nit just tbe dealership. He worked hard with the sales manager who also was very caring. All my questions were answered and my needs met. I can't wait ti buy my next BMW. Only from Duane!!! Thanks for being Awesome!!!! When I walked into the dealership I had no intentions of buying a new vehicle. After being greeted by Russell Allen, I was impressed with his no pressure sales technique. He had the vehicle that I dreamed of on the lot. After a minimum amount of sales negotiation they gave me an excellent deal. I have been buying cars for a long time and this was one of the most memorable experiences that I have ever had at a car dealership. Thank you, the team at Northwest BMW.

Carletta Floyd was extremely helpful in the purchase of my 750xi, including taking care of returning some items I had left in my trade-in. In addition, Jeremy Cowan went above and beyond when I brought the car in for some minor service. Even though the vehicle had several months to go until the scheduled oil change, he went ahead and took care of this on a complementary basis. These two helped make the entire experience a pleasant one.

I purchased my BMW X 1 on Saturday off the showroom floor . My sales associate Duane was great .and explained all the car options to me . We took a test drive and he took time to help me compare the X1 to the X3 . Mark Levy , Finance Manager explained the financing agreement with me in detail and throughly answered all my questions .
