I would like to thank Eric Lowery and his team member Omari Latif for such an awesome experience while my daughter purchased her first BMW. They were both patient and helpful with assisting her with selecting a vehicle that was both cost effective and fit for her needs. She was not presurresd at all. On Monday, October 23, 2017, I purchased a 2014 BMW 428i from Northwest BMW. The process was seamless. Although the vehicle had imperfections, cosmetic mostly, the management and salesman did their absolute best to address my concerns. At this point, I would recommend this dealership to a family member and to a friend. Hopefully, my experience with this dealership will grow into a great partnership, especially when I upgrade to my next BMW.
