From start to finish the purchase of my 2016 M3 from Northwest BMW was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. The individual most responsible for a great outcome was Karen Anderson. Her patience and positive attitude allowed me to proceed at my own pace without undue pressure.
I never thought I would ever own a BMW however here I'm a BMW owner and very happy. All the people that helped me at NORTHWEST BMW were professional, polite and accommodating. I've had very bad experiences In the past with buying cars , sales men trying to sell you things you don't need over charging or simply trying to get over because I'm a woman ,,, this was my very first experience with bmw & I'm over joyed not only was I able to get the car in the color I wasn't but also left with a payment under what I expected !!! Very knowledgeable staff friendly and kind and also very patient !!! Thank u northwest bmw !!!
