The salesman, Marvin, was the main reason. He was a person who presented information about my future purchase in perfectly paced presentation . He was not pushy. He was a good friend by the end of the deal. I would recommend to one and all.
This was my 2nd purchase from Northwest BMW. I was there for Eric, but he passed me over to Rick. What a great guy! Rick was kind enough to buy me lunch. All of the folks at Northwest BMW with whom we dealt were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our client advisor Duneille Anderson and new car sales manager Nic Brown were particularly helpful and were a pleasure to work with. Also the BMW genius with whom we worked actually visited our home to program the garage door opener in our new BMW 535 ix.
This is my 2nd BMW in less than a year. I went back because my first experience was GREAT! This one was even BETTER! My particular needs to make this deal were not easy. The staff stayed with me long into the night to make me happy. I cannot say enough kind words about this team of Kerim Zarrouk and Nick Brown at this dealership. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know! My next car will definitely come from this same dealership.
Our SalePerson was Melvin Bey. He was very professional and personable. He helped us search for a vehicle with in our price range and with all features we wanted. He did not force us into a vehicle but actually ask what we wanted, gave us alternatives, and overall worked with us. The application and approval process was quick with no issues. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle.
Incredible transaction experience. I really liked that salesman (Melvin) did not apply any sales pressure to close the deal right the way but rather walked me through BMW value features based on all things considered and my primary requirements, and helped me address all the questions that I had. The length of time it took to get my car was outrageous, 13 weeks. That being said, the dealership appeared to do their best to keep me abreast of the build process. My sales person was very friendly but way too chatty. The time for chatting is on the initial visit, not after I had been waiting for 13 weeks at can't wait to get my hands on my new car. The sales manager was very professional and friendly.
