I purchased a pre-owned BMW from Northwest and my experience was awesome. From the salesperson (Karen Anderson) to the Pre-owned manager (Eric Lowrey) the whole experience was very satisfying. Your client services person (Janae) was awesome as well. Your team attended to all my needs and made me feel like my business was important to each of them. Even the finance person was friendly!!!!!! Thank you Northwest BMW for a wonderful car buying experience.
The staff at the Northwest BMW dealership demonstrated that they care about their customers by offering a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Throughout the buying process, I was provided with a detailed explanation to all of my questions and concerns. In essence, I had a pleasant experience. Kudos to the entire staff !!
The thing that I appreciate the most about the dealership is that they worked together through my whole buying experience. From sales, to client services to finance I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The dealership worked hard for my business and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. That effort goes a long way in my book.
I just leased a 2015 528i and I was so appreciative of the assistance I received in choosing the BEST option for me. I had a few options, though Barbara Ryland was thorough in helping me decide which would be in my best interest, and I appreciate that. This is my first BMW, and I have to say that the whole experience was positive. Everyone was kind and patient with me as I quibbled over colors. Coming into the dealership was fun, exciting, and a satisfying time for me. I love my car.
Just purchased a 328i and was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of the entire team. No pressure sales, informative sales rep, and extremely courtesy assistance throughout the entire experience.
From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I was treated with respect and kindness by Britton, John Kim, and entire staff at Northwest. There was never pressure to buy and Britton had answered all my questions in a timely manner and was always helpful. I give this dealership 10 stars if I could very helpful in everyday from start to finish service advisor Jeremy took care of me as soon as I arrived. Following the young lady at courtesy loan desk helped me with picking out a loaner car and being helpful. Last for not least the technician who fixed my car told me everything he found on the car what needs replacing in the future and what to expect while driving the car with new updates to it.
