Leased new X4 from Northwest. Had previous vehicles serviced there before but never purchased anything. Everyone from my client advisor Eric Strouse, to the Sales Manager Nic Brown to the financing wiz Frank DiBlasi were personable, professional and great to deal with. They weren't pushy, listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable all along the way. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

After not having a car note for almost 3 years, I had major buyers anxiety about my next car purchase. I found and old business card that I had from Venol Burke, who was then at another dealership. After contacting him, he advised that he was now at Northwest BMW. I was a bit nervous because in 2014 I had a not so nice experience with one of the sales reps who in no longer employed there at Northwest. After completing my first 3-year lease, which originated with another Maryland BMW dealer, I was looking for a second 3-year lease. We have been very impressed with our experience at Northwest BMW. We were coming towards the end of our initial lease and Rick Buckley contacted us and walked us through the process of buying our X5 or looking to lease a new one. He brought an expertise that made the whole process very easy. He was able to locate the car of our choice, and my wife is very happy with her new X5!
Quoted me a very good rate for the lease and delivered on the promise. The prior two dealers that I visited before Northwest was very high cost and 20% higher monthly payment than North west quoted me. No high pressure sales tactics. Very cordial sales staff. Very good experience and low anxiety for a buyer. On top, they love Vinyl records.
Great experience with customer service. Impressed with the teamwork and determination to make the fit for the individual. Overall complete satisfaction with dealership, salesperson, finance, management and smart guy.
