I really enjoyed talking and emailing my sales rep, he was very helpful and always kept me informed on all the updates with my purchase making sure that all the paperwork was going forward. This is the 4th BMW I have bought from Northwest (first from Schwing in 1996). The dealership is a class act from sales to service to the folk who give you loaners and the cashiers. Murray Carter, Jim Hollister, all the people I deal with are friendly, helpful, communicative, and otherwise make coming to NW BMW an exceptionally agreeable experience. I have been happy with my 3 5 series, and my wife loves her 2011 328xi. Driving a BMW is always fun, but Northwest adds to the pleasure by being the ultimate dealership.
